SCHOOL SUPPLY REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
Cary Family Dental is offering area teachers up to $5,000 through our School Supply Reimbursement Program. From now until November 30th, we're writing 100 checks, up to $50 each, to qualifying educators.
To qualify, teachers must work in Wake County, be a new or current Cary Family Dental patient, and have spent money on school supplies during 2009. If you qualify and would like to take advantage of our program, simply download our School Supply Reimbursement Program form, fill it out, and mail us the requested information. It's that easy!
